For her spring / summer 2010 collection, Anne Valérie Hash has gone back to her basics. For spring, the wardrobe of Anne Valérie Hash’s woman is nonchalant and casual in tailoring while poetic in couture.
The tailoring is declined in mat whites, off-whites and black mixed with metallic hints. The colour palette is completed with notes of skin, powedered and silvery tones mixed with shot copper colours.
The tailored pieces are underlined with a fabric wrinkled like paper (a layer of aluminium surrounded by two layers of cotton). Jackets become shorter at the back, tops are loose, and trousers are overlapping and baggy.
This season the mix of cottons, silks, jerseys and “liquid” organza voiles convey an atmosphere of lightness.
The last silhouettes of the show are flowing like water to create an impression of immateriality.
