Established in 2002, Custommade was the brainchild of Christian Dam who dreamt of updating the classic tradition of the haute couture concept to a modern and accessible level, allowing every sophisticated urban woman to wear what she desires. Custommade has since evolved into a modern design company that creates timeless yet contemporary pieces that have distinctive imprints of its Scandinavian roots.
Custommade is a brand in a league of its own that does not bend to the ever-changing demands of trends. Anne Rasmussen, designer for Custommade since 2005, has further injected her practical aesthetic approach and signature urban bohemian ideals into the collections.
BY NUMBERS is the exclusive sister line to Custommade that was launched in 2009 to continue Christian’s ambition of making haute couture accessible. The line offers limited pieces of styles made from 100% luxury materials and are each hand-numbered to signify their individuality.
