Frühling/Sommer 2011
AW’10
Autumn/Winter 2010 sees Nina Peter update her classic, sexy, rock n roll designs. Inspired by gothic architecture and the ornamental, colourful work of the artist Chris Ofili, the collection is made from the highest quality leather, classic nappa and suede in classic colour ways, contrasting with diverse, colourful prints and effects on exotic python skins. As well as using these traditional fabrics, for the first time Nina has experimented with using salmon skins in beautiful shades of metallic gold, silver and pink.
Nina has updated her signature fine knitwear, cashmere, silk and leather gloves using studs and metal zips, transforming an ordinary lambskin gloves and cuffs into edgy rock and Roll designs. Gloves in jewel tones of purple and turquoise are contrasted with the metallics that Nina produces each season. Three pieces from the collection feature long fringing detail, perfect for a rock and Roll style.
Complimenting the gloves is a range of bags in colourful python and ostrich skins completing the Nina Peter Autumn Winter 2010 collection.
