Since our opening in 1983, many things have changed. But something remained: Flip is different. We perceive ourself as a progressive lifestyle store with a colorful high-low mix of American and European brands.
Beside the hottest must-haves from New York and L.A., we carry extraordinary labels from yet unknown but upcoming designers. This unique mix of novelty with consistency, purism with Rock'n'Roll chic, luxury with coolness, reflects what we think fashion is all about: individuality.
Between turn tables and handmade designer interior, fashion lovers can find the latest collections from Anna Sui, Kevork Kiledjian, John Galliano, Kaviar Gauche, Brian Lichtenberg, Unconditional, Alice+Olivia, Mara Hoffman and Darkshadow by Rick Owens on an area of almost 4500 square feet. From classic evening to casual street wear, fashion addicts cherish our wide range of more than 200 cool designer brands.
A special highlight is definitely our great selection of premium denims. Whether J Brand, Current Elliott, Levi's Vintage Collection, Nudie, PRPS or Mother Denim, a perfect-fitting jeans has to be in every well-assorted closet.
We are also the prime address for fancy accessories: Next to Elfcraft, House of Harlow, Theodora & Callum, Noir, Nina Peter and HatAttack, we offer our own exclusive line of fashion jewelry named FlipNY. Anyone who wants to stand out with exceptional footwear buys the latest styles from Givenchy, Jeffrey Campbell, Sam Edelman or Fiorentini+Baker to complete the individual look.
By the way, our logo is a turquoise embellished longhorn-skull.
